First day after the holidays, I'm sure it would have been very busy there and for the most popular ones there, I can bet all their time slots were booked because people had 3 days to book them. I wouldn't take it personally, especially on a day like today. I know Kim to be very reasonable and honest, I'm sure she did the best she could do given that situation.
A makeup session is a bit too much maybe you can come to a different agreement. Of course she is gonna shut you down if you ask for a full session, but that's between u guys.
That sucks but sometimes a girl might not show up or might be coming late which fucks up the entire day especially if it's a day like Tuesday where most of their schedules were taken. They either accommodate you and screw over everyone else after you or they decide to keep the next 5 appointments going well.
Regardless I would have asked for clarification as that vague answer seems kind of bullshit.

You sure she was on schedule? The daily posting didn't say she was working or did you started to make your way in and then requested for the appointment? Either way I would had just took someone else, If I was already there. (But that's just me) Definitely sucks when you don't get to see the one you want, but when life gives you lemons right? Might want to get their contacts next time to see if their working for the future.

I usually precoordinate my appointments prior to making arrangements to be in that area (the day before or more). The daily posting yesterday came out well after they had opened and most time slots are usually filled by then.

They have occasional clinical testing (free) that Kim keeps a record of to check.
Additionally the likelihood of transmitting diseases through oral is minimal. These girls are here to make money, they can't afford to not take medical precautions and checkups (especially with some being free) otherwise they lose their money maker.
In general though if you are the cautious maybe places like this aren't for you fam.

I am very surprised that your appointment was simply cancelled at the last minute.
Stranger is that apparently no explanation was given- for example she got her period early etc.

First of all, I'm really sorry that I was late due to the heavy traffic from South Jersey and Flora couldn't work all day yesterday.
I texted all girls if they are coming to work or not. All girls made me safe except for Sofia.
When I was in Lincoln tunnel Flora texted me "I'm at work now".
That's why I thought she's ready and I texted you back as soon as I came here.
I called Flora for you but she couldn't get up because of hangover.
I was shocked and I apolgized you its first time for over 2 years. Flora had never done it before.

Given that he made a special airplane flight to see her, it does suck, and I think we mongers all understand that.
But not fair (and misleading) to blame it on the agency and make it sound like the place has gone downhill, with the "lowering their quality of service" dig, when it was entirely the fault of Flora.
Now I'm thinking that the next evening appointment I make I'll bring something for Flora and me to drink.
But I'm guessing something different from what Flora drank the other day!

Wait, you’re always honest? Didn’t you just the other day post on here that you lied to me about yo-yos mail it in performance in January by telling me that she was having her period the next day after my appointment (and I have your PM) when in fact that wasn’t true and there is still no explaination? Further, I don’t understand why you thought that would make me feel better when it’s far worse. I was willing to let it go but after you PM’d me that she was having her period the next day, I was like WTF kind of place are you running? having girls working when they’re PMSing and shit. That’s nasty. You rant about me going on and on. But if it was just yo-yo was having a bad day and we move on, sure, I even PM’d you such.
