Not sure if tip was expected, she didn't ask or hang on me trying to get a tip. However I gladly tipped her 10 this time. If the service is just as good when I return in a few weeks, 20 for sure.

I understand the op is talking about Osaka. As Waterboy said, always tip. I recommend to donate additional funds on top of the hf/tip in consideration of appreciation on both sides. Donating additional fund on top of the hf/tip will be between monger and provider. Just think about it and go from there in positive ways.
