Which spa that is more expensive has poor customer service? You canceling a 10 am appointment with 13 minutes notice, and the mms being pissed, doesn't qualify as bad customer service. Other than that, where did you get bad customer service.

You still can't fault the manager from being pissed that you cancelled with 13 minutes notice, and then continually taking pot shots at the Spa. The manager and the girl that lost what is probably one of the highest in demand appointments of the day, both had a right to be upset. Yeah, maybe it was out of your control to notify them earlier, but I don't think them being upset warrants you saying they have bad customer service, and saying you'll never go there again because of it.
Also Jack, I'm quite sure whatever spa you frequent AND PROMOTE, I might add, have posted some pics that are glammed up from time to time.
