No, it's posted in the correct forum. Lancaster and York are also cities, just like Harrisburg and Carlisle, Wilkes Barre and Scranton, and Allentown and Bethlehem. There's nothing to suggest that "Lancaster/York" means counties, while all those other places are clearly cities.

And Dillsburg is much closer to Carlisle than it is to York.

It does mean counties bro. Lancaster and York are 40 from each other and encompass the cities and surrounding areas (that’s why everyone posting about Neff Spa in Neffsville near Lititz post it in Lancaster / York and not PA other areas.) if it’s Lebanon for example it would easily fit in this forum bc it doesn’t fall in any of the counties offered in forums. And Dillsburg is much closer to Carlisle than it is to York. Still makes more sense to place it in Hbg forum instead if lazily dumping it in this vague and unspecific forum that is too expansive.

The fact that members post Lilitz spas in the Lancaster/York sub-forum proves only that Lilitz is close to the CITY of Lancaster. Similarly, people frequently post about Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg spas in the Harrisburg/Carlisle sub-forum.

Every PA sub-forum has city names. When the site administrators want an area to be a county, they say so explicitly. See "Montgomery County" and "Prince George's County" in the Maryland sub-forums for example.

That makes sense. What doesn’t make sense is dumping a review about a location close to an existing forum instead of being so f**cking lazy and dumping it into PA Other areas.
