I'm curious, did you go there late? I posted in one of my reviews that I went to WSD once with another provider 15 minutes late, and I had to pay for the whole hour for 45 minutes because there's another customer coming. I tend to go earlier in the day.

Arrive at least 15 minutes earlier and if she’s available I will start early she won’t they rushed

I was solicited by them to see her and opted for the 90 minutes which was a reasonable amount to spend. I was then told she was not ready that day (3 hours before) and asked to come the next day-- I politely declined...kinda get the vibe she doesn't like her job.
