It's quite disappointing to hear that considering the premium. Looks like they are trying to just jam as many appts as possible and making as much money as possible instead of the service related focus they typically provide.
Hope that they will change that approach moving forward and give remi a little more time in between sessions to remain fresh, both physically as well as emotionally.

Great review. Mama-san didn't walk in on us (Thank goodness) but I had a similar experience.

As for the hair thing- I think Japanese girls in general don't like getting touched or pulled, etc. because they (try to) have it perfectly done and don't want to wash it multiple times during the day.

I'm curious, did you go there late? I posted in one of my reviews that I went to WSD once with another provider 15 minutes late, and I had to pay for the whole hour for 45 minutes because there's another customer coming. Since then, I go there early. I got there 10 minutes early with another girl and MMS don't have a problem letting me up as long as she is not busy.
