I think this place gets the 3rd string providers — like each day they could get booted to the practice squad and then cut from the team.
One last thing of note: if a white or black lexus suv (same model, could be rx 300 series but different years) it’s highly possible a male affiliated in some way is on site. I was sitting across the street one day, with the intent of being a walk-in and was surveying the setup and saw an Asian male show up, put something in parked white vehicle, then he drove around for 5-10mins, returned and moved car to the same parking lot I was in. Couldn’t see which lady but one exited back door of house, grabbed whatever he put in car and then he took off in that same car he had in their driveway. I left after that so didn’t get more recon.
1st Delaware place I’ve been to with a guy visible. My 1st time at French in Philly threw me with all the guys hanging around there but they were pretty cool/chill. Was like 5 or so in their receiving area — never expect that in the first state.
