Linda should know better taking care of customers is key for survival.
Not defending anyone here but curious, consider this:
Unless I happen upon a place in my travels and stop in for a look, at times, roll the dice on a session, I always make an appointment.
Very often, a walk-in shows-up. I know in some cases either the manager/mamasan or the girl in charge if the manager is off, asks the question, "Did you call, did you make an appointment, have you been here before?" I would suggest, more often then not, the walk-in answers yes, lies and takes the appointment. I show up as scheduled, the person I wanted, expected to see, is not available.
I believe there are shops which will not turn down cash in hand, bump the appointment, take their chances that the duped client will/would be understanding with the promise of a better session when/if they come back in 30/60 minutes or the next visit....at times, adding insult to injury, management will suggest that the different so and so which appeared from behind the curtain, who happens to have the same name, is the new improved version. Some might call this "Bait & Switch". This happens more often when the names for the ladies are recycled, as opposed to changed or management simply doesn't give a shit. You then realize you've been duped again, just differently. In my experience, this is NOT how Linda/Reiki operates.
Anything is possible, as stated by the OP, "the place is popular" and rightfully so. In knowing Linda,.....I don't see the point of trashing her, predicting her demise, jumping to the quick without at least knowing,.......did the OP make an appointment? If not, did the OP pretend to be someone else by answering, "yes"?
