I did. Thats why I was asking for confirmation and clarrification. 40/20 can be interpreted in different ways and the rate seems tgtbt even for a low budget legit massage.

40/hr is the going rate for legit massage places in Manhattan and Queens. 20 tip is standard.

I have been here for a legit massage. They have about 7 massuese, nice clean facility. Also paid 40 plus 20 tip.
