Have seen the open sign on again recently. Got some tacos at the Mexican place next door and saw a monger leaving Rainbow.

I went here last weekend but lulu wasn’t there anymore. I could barely understand the lady's name as her english was bad but sounded like she was saying her name was cici. Review coming. I would not repeat.
