Shit like that happens I politely get up throw cover on floor and get dressed. Money not the issue, just don't tolerate bad service.

This is historically a good spot, however they switch up management a lot and when a bad one comes in it really sucks.

I never got there to see Chanel. Was in the area last July 4 and they were closed for the holiday. Ended up going to some other shithole close by (reviewed it but don't remember the name). Any other spas like Queens in that area or should I stick mostly to WB?

I didn’t get a chance to get back that day, which was on me. Recent review of OE just posted, well worth that trip. Queen is hit and miss, mainly hit. But I think we all run that risk each time.
