Im convinced this woman is a psyop, to get people to go to this unprofessional place run by liars. Both them and Queen will confirm via text or phone that Kim or another Latina is working and then they act completely shocked when you arrive asking for them. You guys are right. When Kim was on vacation they kept saying she was working and booked her as if she were there then the bait and switcherooni. Not sure why they would risk any credibility they may have had which was very little.
Kim is definitely there now. Frankly, I find the best way to book her if she is at either queen or Hawaii is to contact Ruby. Ruby runs the show at Hawaii and has input into Queens. . It may require a few visits to get Rubys number but then booking with her improves the likelihood of getting who you wanted on time. Good luck.
