it's a total waste to call Queen's. Mamasan was rude to me on phone too when I ask if busy she said come in and see !!!! Hit Suki up next time , she's real cool.... hope she is still there

I never call ahead, usually just show up... I've had some experience with Kiki and Rose, when I have some time I will post those experiences...which went a lot better than yours, but it is true the Kiki does rush a bit.
