I've seen her before and had a pretty similar experience. Your description is pretty spot on.

If she's the only choice, I would skip and just come back some other day or go somewhere else.

Definitely a pass on Gina.

Haven't been there in a while myself because of the waiting room and the door entrance. Surprised to hear about Ruby , I always found when it wasn't busy she would take real good care of you. Had some nice times with her . Sad to hear....
