As long as you look respectable and someone’s available, you won’t run into any difficulty. At least 4 private rooms are available. Overhead ducts will carry sound but you won’t hear anything unless that’s your intent.

The ladies respect your privacy in the spa and try to keep customers from seeing each other. Getting in through the open or at least unlocked street door, you're not visible to street traffic for long; the spa is on the second floor which can be reached by elevator or stairs. The door is monitored by camera and they shouldn't leave you standing there for long. You may run into other customers in the stairwell or elevator or floor so give a knowing nod. Those customers may be for Pro/New Empire, the independent ladies on the floor above, the luggage storage store also on the third floor. Not sure what other businesses are in the building. There is a Brasilian restaurant on the ground floor that may provide cover if anyone is tracking your phone's location.
