I hate when places do this because
1) if you want to be legit, be legitimately honest. Say from the gate. Hey, just want to tell you we offer a great massage and professional services. That way, there’s no discrepancy. I would not walk if one did say that in hopes to get the massage of my life.
2) Understand how to cater to people getting a massage, ask what areas need work/ what do not. And have very good technique. So even a hobbyist is like well, I’m not getting everything I want, but this is damn worth the warm-up!
3) Turning-over face-up is part of a legitimate massage. It’s damn near insulting to skip that part of the session. Do you think you will be brutally assaulted if this happens? You signed up to be a massage therapist. Well, hopefully you did. That is a controversial statement I just made. But, the point is, you will lose customers and money by skipping a key point in the massage.
Hopefully, Lina fixes this up. And I’m sorry about the all-around disappointment. As men, I feel like we have all been judged walking in to get a massage. Whether or not it was warranted is subjective. But, your review says it was poor treatment based on nothing you did.-
