Was the massage bad, such that you didn't give a tip? By your details, you got your full hour.
Yes, I got the full hour, but my back was fully taken care of within the first 20 minutes. There was no therapeutic reason to go back and do the same thing 3 more times. If she had spent any time on my front, or my arms, or my head, or anything except the back of my hips to my shoulders I would have considered it a good massage. So, yes, by that criteria the massage was bad.

I went here, probably the start of August. Sorry, I can't remember a name. I had same exact experience as OP. A loonnggg back massage. It was a deep tissue massage, sometimes too hard and uncomfortable. While still face down, just a few minutes on legs. When I was asked to turn over, yeah I had like 5 minutes left, and it was mostly feet work and a little in the outer sides of legs. Then just, "times up" and she bolted out the door.
If she didn't spend so much time on back, it would be a very good therapeutic massage as you can tell she is trained in massage.
