Surprised you recommended the visit????
Would you again spend your hard-earned dollars on her knowing better service is available? Too many reviewers fail to check the No box after a less than optimal session and contribute to the overall problem. Check the No box to highlight the experience, tell Sue so she’s aware/has a chance to fix the situation, and let us know how it worked out.

Naturally, I will talk to Sue the next time I am able to see her. About the “No” box, I believe that I’ve explained already why I chose what I did. It would be much better if there was a third choice. For instance, “Not sure I would” or “YMMV”. In some situations it fits well.

Then it should have been a NO, but “buyer beware”.
