I should also add that it's by appointment, which is a major plus. She honors the appointment time: not fully a pump and dump. Another negative worth mentioning during these covid times is that the apartment is on a high floor in a building with somewhat heavy traffic. It is brutal to go up the stairs, but as for elevators...let's just say that no one is quite following pandemic elevator etiquette and protocol.
