No house fee. It’s the playing card system like other fast houses. 15 min is 60, 30 min is 100, and 1 hour is 200. You buy the card from the guy and then hand it to the lady of your choice.

What’s the difference? I assume by house you mean a private house. In that case this is a building with other tenants so the guys ask you to be discreet and not make any noise in the stairway because other tenants may get suspicious with people coming in and out. This building has three floors so not sure if you consider that a building.

Yeah I meant a private house cuz I remember there was a spot I went to that had playing cards thats why I asked totally different place lol
