I'm not sure what Party Babes does or doesn't do correctly. But they have a tough time retaining talent. Their operation seems professional towards their providers but then again who knows.

280/hr is probably one of the cheapest GFE places that are still out there

It’s obviously the prices. Great deal for the rate (when you get GFE service - not a guarantee with all their girls) and I’m not advocating that it should go up - but the more attractive providers who offer great service are no doubt going to be tempted to either go indy or go to another spot that gives them a larger split due to higher overall rate.

The location is clean and discreet with clean shower and nice enough rooms. Mary who runs the operations in the apartment itself seems to know what she’s doing and Terri is a veteran who clearly knows her shit too. So I doubt it’s down to conditions/management.
