I'm curious what all the conversations are some mongers need to have with these ladies? Not singling ben out but it's mentioned often these typical women are not able to speak fluent English... This is not unusual, it's the norm - and whats there to talk about anyway? Smiling, simple hand gestures and basic keywords like "pretty", "more", "Thank You" serve you well - both ways. Frankly meeting one with a command of the English language IS the outlier.

I agree with you the provider doesn't need to be fluent in English but I've had difficulty conveying what I want in certain situations and have found it frustrating. The translation apps are usually helpful but even that wasn't enough in this case. In hindsight, it may have been because I was using common words rather than proper words for certain body parts IDK. I don't want to get more specific in a public forum.
Using a translator definitely helps when they can't speak or understand much english. It helps to explain exactly what you want or why they might not want to do something in particular. It gives you a chance to talk your way into things and joke around to loosen them up. This has salvaged many a session here and elsewhere. You can also get their number while you're at it.
