Ngl I didn't like it either, but it didn't get in the way of my session, and since Lina provided some of the best service I've encountered I didn't feel any need to knock her as it is afaik outside of her control. I made sure to put her in a position to highlight her assets and minimize her flaws and she exceeded my expectations.
