I have a sense that Paradise BW is falling into the trap of their own success. MMS needs to manage the success instead of count the turnstile cash.

Paradise has consistently had issues with bait and switch, I've been there before too. Allowing a customer to extend a session (if that is true) while another one has an appointment next is messed up as well. The MMS/scheduler needs better communication in honoring appointments and not tricking customers...

Damn, sorry to hear. I’ve only had positive experiences here, but I always make my appointments for early morning. Curious about the new girl, but hopefully we can get Yoyo back as another monger reported.

Dang that’s unfortunate. I only went there twice for Yoyo and that never happened to me so I guess I got lucky. I plan on going back soon for Amy as well so we’ll see how that goes.

Nice to hear some of you got who you requested. Here's how it was for me. About 1 or 2 months ago I made an appointment with Yoyo. When I got there mama tried to switch a new girl onto me. I put up a fuss till Yoyo finally walked into the room. Last week I requested Amy, again she switched me to another girl. This time I said nothing. As I mentioned before , mama will give you what she wants not what you want. I will try again soon. If mama pulls the same BS I'll walk out. Is there another good spa in that area? I hate to waste a 2 hour drive.

This place is like Chinese market place, you negotiate, get to know MMS and double confirm your appointment by showing your text. Might still wait 15-30 minutes for your appointment. lol

It doesn't and shouldn't have to happen this way. Pepboys, you are right, make your MMS your friend, she is the key to your appointments. I have a nice rapport with the MMS at my favorite spa. Yesterday I started to get a little angry when she was pushing hard to get me dressed and out the door. My provider and I were running about 10 minutes past the hour mark, our bad. I guess she could read my face and apologized if she mad me mad and gave me a nice warm hug. We both ended in smiles.

She handles things the right way, if there is a snafu in the scheduling, for example the customer before me was late because of traffic or something, she calls me on the phone to give me the heads up to come in 15 minutes later. I don't mind too much, but it is good if you do them favors too. I always get my appointment when I call to make a reservation. I have never had a B&S at this place either. But if I did, every girl is attractive and gives nearly the same high quality service. Also never had a bad girl here either.

MMS should be most concerned about developing long term steady customers rather than squeezing every house fee out of the day, by over booking and letting every walk in butt in line. Paradise needs to learn that if guys come only once their success will drop.

I agree that it’s important to develop good rapport with the mms. IME, it’s kind of difficult doing that at Paradise since the mms is rarely at the location. I’ve been to Paradise a good number of times and Amy is usually the one ushering in guests. I only ever saw the mms once before.
