Have used OPearl for number of years, seeing Linda, who is not the "boss". She is pleasant, gives a vg massage, especially on the Glutes. Will OK the DIY, which is not really my choice, but when know what going in for, can't complain. They unfortunately still using the bacteria incubator on the face although customer not required. Wish someone did a study on these masks and how many long lasting fibers being taken in with each breathe.
