Wow..so it went up from .8 to 1.0 and still horrible traffic!

Had the same experience, way too hot. Stay away.

Like the staff, but, way too much traffic and no scheduling. They need a full time MMS to help manage the place. Crystal cut way back on her hours and she was the only one with a clue, another reason to move on.
New player Vicky is not worth the wait or chaos.
if they don't answer the phone, which now they rarely even attempt "too busy to answer phone"....hard pass.

I agree, seems like a lot of places have working MMS or cutting them out all together.
That's like a doctors office with no receptionist.
