I find generalizations to be very entertaining. So much of the experience, I’ve found depends on the initial impression which determines chemistry. They already have a preconceived idea of us before we walk in. But, we can set ourselves apart and cause them to relax and get into the session and give great service regardless of their age or how long they have been here. They become jaded rather quickly, but that doesn’t mean they want to be. They feel they have to be to survive. But, deep down, they are kind, caring and loving. You can set yourself apart and you might possibly be rewarded with a great experience. Where you really get to know her.

Well that's true and a nice sentiment there. I'll agree that applies to most of them.

With some you have to really be looking to catch it, and then show them a different side of you during that brief moment and see where it goes. Sometimes it’s fleeting and a sometimes you can build on it.
Even Mean Dom Linda can be kind and genuinely loving, for a few minutes.
You may want to take a page from @Maple Garden 's book and get to know a provider or two. You start out being a monger in a crowd of low-ballers. You end up as a known regular that treats them with respect and you get respect and fun in return. While YMMV, this proves true time and time again.
I have spoken to and know quite a few of the women working across the street from Macy's. I pass them by at least a few times a week (sometimes with my uncle when I take him shopping). They definitely charge white guys more. I've heard them say to each other "Oh this guy is coming!! Don't take less than $100 from him!".
$60. Don't pay more folks. Pick a girl who looks good. Agree to "massagee" follow them to their room and hand them the cash. No discussion or conversation, only bring the $60 and turn down any requests for tips cold. Obviously, if you get great service do what you need to do to reward it. Be aware that many of these women are supporting others and they work hard so treat them well if they perform well.
It’s not so much the size of the tip (SW or Spa), it’s how you engage and interact with them and if when you repeat, you act like you are happy to see them. They will do many things that will surprise you. Sometimes a bigger tip is warranted and certainly appreciated. But, don’t get in a position where they expect more. It will only lead to disappointment for both of you. They do talk a lot among themselves and word gets around real quick how much you fork over.
It’s true they’re becoming a bit over the top.... I sorta understand how a hot woman feel getting cat called walking past a construction site. Last few times I’ve had mean Anna try and latch onto me while walking and have had the young fake blondie ask if I want two girls. No discretion so I keep walking.
