A few here feel that sometimes a little extra may be deserved, or lead to something in future visits with the same provider

And I still cannot believe that the owner asked the question the op stated. Hell at that rate he would have to drop and give five!!

Things got screwed up here along the way. The OP said he didn't want FS. Another poster asks what was the damage---and a different guy chimes in with the damages only he is NOT the OP and not the one (I think) who didn't want FS. Okayyyyyy.....

Sorry guys... just trying to be helpful. I love going to this place (when I was able) and when I saw it pop up in the discussion threads last week, I thought it would be nice to answer someone's question... because I know what it feels like to ask a question and never get an answer. I'd say it was obvious that Ganonx15 hasn't contributed to this thread since he started it, but you guys clearly overlooked that and thought I was him.

That’s right....so 160 in total. Nicole was nice and accommodating but I just opted not to do it this time.
