Sounds like she is at the end of her tenure here, so it is all about take the money and run. She probably doesn't like what she does, has been faking it and now the game is over. Personally I would have not paid, voiced my discontent to the manager, and if that is the best they have, not come back. Money is freaking money. You cannot take my money and not provide me a top notch service. Unacceptable

I ran into her today...she seemed to be in a good mood, but she didn't even remember that she already knew me...wasn't there for her, but ran into her in the waiting area...and talked for a minute, partly about this thread...I don't think some of you guys realize how upsetting this kind of thing is for them...I just encouraged her to remember the 100 great reviews and not just the one or two bad comments...as I said earlier, I don't think she was that into me in the room, but she seems like a very nice girl when you're just talking to her. I also don't think a lot of you realize that this job can be pretty hard on them...for us, it's an hour out of our day and we're right back to our lives...she's there working like 12 hours/day and 5 days a week and she's stuck in that room 7 days/week as long as she's here...I wonder how sweet all of us might be in that same situation...just sayin'...
