This spot has been well reviewed on this site and the previous consensus (including my review) was:
Women over 60 (a plus for me but still false advertising)

I’m not posting this as a review because I don’t feel it merits a new thread and credits for me but it does deserve a bump.
Last night I had an irresistible craving for something quick and cheap, preferably with someone in the granny zone and decided to give this spot another try despite all logic...and it paid off.
The biz model has upgraded since previous years and locations. Called ahead, The familiar mamasan greeted me at the door with enthusiasm in her sexy lingerie and ushered me into a nice private room. I wanted her but she took my Benjamin, confirmed it was a flat rate (plus $20 for a table shower and two girls for $200) and then she did a big production of thinking it over and said “ahhhh, yes. You look like the kind of guy who will really love Candy.”
Candy was a somewhat younger granny (under 60) a little flabby but very appealing to me. Zero preliminaries, fast but showy striptease our of her see through corset and heels, covered BJ, mish, doggie, ridiculously pre-lubed so didn’t even DATY a little. I did not feel rushed and Candy did a great job of acting engaged and even as if she was enjoying herself. No upsell but I gave her $20 just cuz it seemed like the right thing to do. She even did the help me get dressed routine as if this was a “nice place.”
Generally, I prefer a fulll hour with preliminaries and no assembly line feeling. But this was good for what it was. I’ll try again the left time I’m horny but short of time or cash.

It is low cost. It is also no-frills. However, at least on this visit, there was no upselling, rushing, or unpleasantness. In the past, this place was compared (unfavorably) with 98 Mott. I would say, at this point, it’s competitive, but that ain’t saying much. You don’t have to clean up in the sink here. But you don’t get a massage or a full hour. Most men would rate the woman more or less the same. Mott is still a little cheaper, especially for those who enjoy haggling for pussy.
