Honestly, idk if I’m of the minority, but I would not use an online booking system for a massage. And, if doing so… then, yes I’d expect this to happen.

personally lately I feel like even calling ahead for appointments isn’t as solid anymore. I’ve made plenty of call a heads 10 minutes away from a place only to get there and oh “insert provider is busy” or “sorry we do 4 hands come back later.” Not sure if it’s gotten worse lately or it’s a thing since the lockdown. Either way it’s frustrating

Yeah that’s why you got to call ahead, get there: expect the unexpected, always have a Plan B, and be prepared to walk away at the slightest mishap. If we all followed suit places would be more accommodating. & so what if they choose not be? That’s on them.
