What are your favorite alternatives to Shangrila with similar quality and service? This place is super convenient fir me and has been my favorite for a while but getting turned off by the construction.

Had this been my experience - I would have left - places under construction are an accident waiting to happen . Walking across a plank to get to a room ? 30 min cutoff for an hour - I would have slapped down the HH rate , stating there must be a communication problem and left - on the way out I would have given MMS my reasons for leaving at 30 min .

They should not be conducting business while under construction. Bring a crew in on OT .
