Yes that is the new standard, it was posted in other threads. Apple lowered HF and upped the tip to help recruit better girls from NYC to Philly.

Went back yesterday for a second round with Nicole, she is a lot of fun and very willing to let me lead the way. Was a little more aggressive with her yesterday
