it was at 1am . she was very pleasant and i'd def go back. maybe if they didnt want me there they wouldve told me on phone. cant really plan ahead when nature calls

Hi, in general..how do u feel being in that city area around midnight? Is it safe.. do u park close, or walk? Anything to be careful about?

Always parking free after 10 pm across the street at 1200 block of Race Street. And it is very safe.

It's not bad. The street parking get filled up pretty quick . If you're cheaper and not in a time crunch you can either ride around the block or go up North of Vine Street and walk down . There's a lot of homeless people underneath the convention center but they're harmless . They may make you feel uncomfortable. With all that said just watch your back as always. It is Philly lol
