It's sort of curious that the OP/reviewer here posted a review of Karina in late January but makes no note of the connection and presents Alessandra as if she's a new discovery.

I should add that in one of the threads reviewing Karina of ORMCH, someone notes that she is Karina Kaifova. All of which would entail that Alessandra is the same person as Karina of ORMCH. The photos posted above make her look (or are) 10 years younger than she is —she’s mid 30s. And the experience the OP describes is far superior than the reviews of Karina I read on multiple forums. It’s possible she significantly upped her game. But I wouldn’t go in expecting to get what the OP describes without further verification.

The more I look at the pictures I would agree they are of her but they are not recent pictures they are at least 10years ago, her body is not like those pictures

I guess you missed the part where it's noted that she links her twitter account under "Karina" to her P411 account (where you claimed to make your new discovery), which suggests she's not trying to hide from that name. Thus, your long reply appears to be one big non-sequitur.

• I would suggest that there's an awful lot of speculation about a woman that - apparently - those who are doing the guessing have never met. And, in the absence of knowledge, one can speculate until the cows come home - sadly, the guesses will likely be wrong since there's an infinite number of possible answers, yet only one real one
• I would also point out that this part of the discussion is certainly contrary to what the moderators had in mind when writing the "Bullshit stops now" post last year.
• If you want to know why the lovely lady has changed her name then you should ask her instead of making wild-assed guesses here and discussing the matter with a bunch of others who are equally clueless

Pham makes many good points about the issues providers likely face--issues we can really not appreciate---two different worlds to say the least. That said, when we read a review of someone described as "new", and with a glowing review such as the one pham provided, many of us might be quick to book an appointment before the masses flock to her---realizing that a provider is not "new" as described, but rather someone who had been a provider and adult film actress for years, leads the skeptical clients, like hypothetically (and me) to question the legitimacy of the review----just adding my two cents..

Let's be very clear here: There is no speculation happening on my part about the identity of Alessandra. The P411 account you site for Alessandra links to her Twitter account as Karina, and both accounts use some of the exact same photos. It's thus obvious they are the same person. The only person to whom a "Bullshit stops now" policy should be applied in the present instance is you.​

So many who have not seen a provider, who have not spoken with her, and who know nothing about her still feel qualified to weigh in when they know nothing from their personal experience.

If you have actually seen a woman and disagree with a review, feel free to comment - to support reviews that match your experience and to question reviews that don't. But if you have not seen her, then you don't have anything to add to the conversation. It's remarkably easy to speculate and to cast aspersions when you don't know a fucking thing about what you're talking about.

I am also disappointed in the moderation for not upholding the policy stated earlier. This could be a valuable discussion site. Instead, it's turned into a site that's more about gossip, speculation, and innuendo than it is about actual sharing of information. I will not be posting here again.
