I also asked for medium and I also thought it was more like hard. I definitely wouldn't ever ask her for hard. She also moved my arms to the side.

I wasn’t overly excited the last time I was there either… too hard on the massage and way too much oil on the flip…

She gave me a shower afterwards which I didn't really enjoy because I thought it was cold in that room. On the good side she did take her top off.
