Although that is true Ripple (I noticed the same thing about the review), they do have mattress heater pads in most of the rooms, and that is a pretty nice treat on a cold day. I turn mine up to 7 before we head off to the shower. I haven't seen Joy's blue hair. Might be worth a trip just to check that out. But for me, seeing Joy is ultimtely a source of frustration, because she's cute, BUT has a limited menu. It's a form of torture.

I have seen Lisa plenty of times and some others in the past including Joy. Never experienced heater pads in Lisa’s room and she is the “Queen of this place. I do know she has a space heater in her room. Maybe it’s a personal choice on the ladies working,
