I remembered a review from many months back (found it...it was in November) the guy reported being shorted 30 minutes at this place (paid for hour "all done" in 30 minutes). Shame on the 15 minutes shorted because other than that it sounds like the making of a decent experience. They would not tolerate it if roles were reversed.
