They've had problems with the water there for a while now, and their table shower is the jacuzzi table type, where they need to keep the water (when they have it) within the raised sides, i.e., no floor drain. They don't have a stand-up shower.
Some time within the past two years, it seems they have remodeled the interior (on the ShopRite side) to make more massage rooms. IMO, they need to upgrade the plumbing with a real table shower and a real stand-up shower, but maybe that's not in the budget.
I know that you decided not to return, but to avoid the shame wizard from roosting on your shoulder you can use the back door.

I didn't realize there was a back door. Buy I wanted to try this place out versus my go to regular spot
