Trust me. Jay is so much better then June. June was a space cadet flake with me. Still good. But jay is day and night better compared to June. Easy to talk too. Friendly and just a very sexy women.

Out of curiosity I did a drive by as I used to frequent the former establishment. I'm glad they don't have the big dumb sign anymore and there is no phone number on the window etc. very incognito at least from the road which I think is a good thing.

Yes its 100% trying to operate in the DL which is smart. But if it gets super busy. I am sure attention with be brought to the place. I personally hope it lasts. Cause Its fantastic.
