Before the 15-minute mark, if I see that the session is going south, I stop, put my clothes on and kindly ask for the MMS.
I’ll let the MMS know why I am ending the session. I’ll also ask the MMS to listen to the provider’s side of the story and see if it matches 100%.
I’ve been offered a full refund each time (although I have told every MMS that I do not want the refund but they insist).
