I can understand your frustration and your negative review for Gemma. In my experience, Penny really runs a great house and is very likable and easy to deal with. Consider reaching out to her about your experience before writing the whole place off. Can't hurt. Just my 2 cents.

It seems like many Chinese-run shops add a Latina or two and I haven’t heard many positive reviews about them.

I saw Gemma and thought she was an amazing experience and made me want to see her again and again!
Sometimes people just have different tastes. This reviewer didn’t like her and that’s ok. All of his criticisms are valid and reading his experience, it kinda mirrors my own, it’s just that I loved that she wanted to suck me completely dry very fast and then hang out and talk. That was a bonus for me.
To each their own!

That said, the dud for me at this spa was Alina...I would avoid her at all costs.

I had an amazing time with her and she was open to most things. I definitely had a better time than you, but that’s because I’m probably more awesome than you

I went for the first time recently and had a great time with Nicole. Maybe I’ll try Gemma next
