Donation rates for doubles or the rare triple isn't set in stone. Nat is very reasonable & negotiable when it comes to that, especially if it's a slow day...and even more so for regulars

Yeah Natasha was ok with 5 from me for my double with her and Sara but that’s all I had in my pocket when she put it out there and it was a weekday and slow so def got lucky as to timing. She’s def accommodating.

Well it is 300 during weekdays and 260 on the weekends, so i can doubles fluctuating like that as well. Also. Natasha is definitely a cougar. I gotta post my review soon and make it back there

Inside, hardly any foot traffic.
Outside, plenty. A few bars on the block that are often busy. I think this works to your favor. You don't have to wait, to be buzzed in, so you're just part of all the traffic coming and going. I think it's worse, when you're standing alone on empty sidewalk, waiting to be buzzed in.
