You’re right. Didn’t eat that morning since I was in a rush to drive over to location. I managed to grab a cortado before parking the car.

Nice review. Yeah that calorie intake to available wood and fluid balance is something I need to consciously manage. For me I have found avocado as an additional supplement to my meal to render better results. I think the vegetative lipid/fat intake, along with the standard protein and carbs helps.

I haven’t quite figured it out. Some good days, some bad ones. I never know when. I have to try to be more conscious of intake to fluids. Thx for the avocado tip.
