How is the facility here Re cleanliness? If NY Health is top quality and New Empire/Pro is near the bottom, where does moon river fall?

The facility is clean but it's not close to a spa like NY Health level. It's standard style amp with a couple of rooms that have been converted for this purpose with pink lighting lol. Rooms are big with just a massage table inside. Table shower area was clean. Street noise comes in.
