All I can say is this girl is like many PS in that you are paying a premium for the fame. In this case, she is at a high-volume spa instead of hotel room, and so the price is roughly about 1/3 that of a typical American PS booked through an agency (but 2x rate of other girls at that spa). Her skills are that of a typical Japanese pro - which is to say, pretty basic. There isn't really a "skills premium" - a girl that is priced at a premium is most likely for fame, or a uniquely attractive body type (or in the case of many twitter indies, absurd gen z arrogance).
The argument that JAV stars may be cheaper in Tokyo is irrelevant because nobody here is buying a plane ticket to Tokyo and I doubt 90% of the posters on this board speak Japanese well enough to even book a girl outside of the few English-language agencies that cater to gaijin.
Despite her surgical adjustments, Mion is uniquely attractive relative to other girls generally and has a unique body type. Plan your visit accordingly.

I get that people not liking the price difference but to me, there is not a lot of asians with a body like hers and also her attitude which is great. I get Chiho probably gives awesome service and she has done some jav scenes but for me, her body type wasn't doing it for me as its not my preference but could definately be someone else's.
Mion body type isn't typical of your average Asian even those with enhancements, and even if it was i've heard a lot of restrictions with those types (Ari and Chanel come to mind) Mion has a great attitude imo and to me its worth it. If she was at the standard rate there would be a line as tall as the building they are in because she knows she is in high demand because you simply cannot find that type of chick in amps or even indys. Its simple economics, supply and demand. I was lucky enough that I had the oppurtunity and the funds to pull it off as for me it was a bucket list item.

Price is correlated to fame, a unique body type (a natural busty asian, for example) and somebody's ability to market themselves on twitter. That last category is filled with girls I would have been embarrassed to bring a college homecoming dance but manage to charge simps $1000 per hour (check the twitter indies thread if you don't believe me).
