I went to this spot a few months back and once I saw a used condom on the floor and the pig stye the place was in I was considering walking out even on CFS...

Them being willing to BBFS on the first visit is definitely a red flag. 10th visit not so much.

Oh definitely, I actually go regularly for checkups. Was actually thinking about scheduling one soon, but now that you mention it... I will most definitely be scheduling one for this coming week, have to get a prescription refill so I might as well go sooner rather than later.
Ugh... thats pretty nasty about the used condom. Cleanliness is something I look for in a provider. Although, I do understand IF once in a blue moon it's slightly messy.
Also they advertised BBFS a few times before(a few months back), as well as another spot about a 2 blocks away. However the ad I saw wasn't advertising it, but I knew they advertised it, which is why I asked for it. She wasn't so willing, she took a little time to reflect and try to hit me up for more tips, but you're right she still ended up doing it on the first go.

Many say BBFS just to get you to come in the door. The Mamasan can say this but ultimately it's on the provider to deliver.
