I think its on the other side of Park Avenue, next to ShopRite. Its a strip mall (Pro Spa isn't) and the number 692 is on a door with a large "Salon" sign. Plus there is a back entrance (Pro Spa doesn't have one).

Ok my mistake. They are open so many of this places now. Unfortunately a lot of this places will close at one point only the one that are open for years. Like OWC being there for years and still Kicking. With the same loyal customers.

Went and checked it out. I don’t know who the OP saw but the two weeble wobbles were the only ones on deck. A nervous cat pacing back and forth stepped in before me so maybe he got the “attractive” one. Place is set up like a sneaky spot in a family friendly mall. Who knows. I stole a mini water and hightailed it out if there.

Sounds like a very competitive game of Monopoly. I will put a hotel on Park Avenue. And a house on Oak Tree.
Very competitive. Before you extend yourself with expensive improvements you might want to use some of your available cash to pick up another property that isn’t doing to well. Then, perhaps put a house on each. But be sure you get the permits and licenses first. Post purchase inspections are a pain.
