It’s quite possible she is the same Helen. A lady named Alice was at the Collegeville location a few years ago and I see her still being reviewed at the Warminster location.

When I called for an appointment with Helen a week ago, was told she no longer works there and was headed back to China. I was encouraged to "try new girl" instead.

I have learned that they will make an appointment even if they are booked solid and when you get there they will just make you wait. They will also change the name of the girls to make it sound like somebody new is there when in reality it's just the same old people.
