It's a 50/50. I had a BBBJ from an indy before in the car and two days later I burning when taking a piss and also taking a piss multiple times in the day.

Took a pee test the next day for Gonno/Chlamy and it tested negative. I was told it was NSU (non-specific urethritis) and was given doxycycline. You can get NSU from other bacteria or irritants in someones mouth e.g. smoke residue, food, other chemicals, etc.
